
What age is TOTFest aimed at?
TOTFest® is an under 5's festival, we cater for children aged from 1-5 years.

Can I buy tickets on the day?
Tickets are sold online and in advance only, with no tickets available to purchase at the festival gate.
The site I want to attend is sold out, do you offer resale tickets?
The only way to purchase tickets to a sold out festival is through Ticketline's official resale platform - Fanticks .Fanticks is a secure, easy to use fan-to-fan ticket re-sell marketplace, with tickets priced at face value or less, and with no fees!

When will I receive my tickets?
Upon purchase you will receive an email with your ticket confirmation included; these can land in your junk folder so please check there. What is the difference between the ticket tiers?
TOTFest operates on a tiered ticket system. This simply means that our ticket prices start cheaper and increase as time goes on. The tiers are set when the festival goes on sale and will progress through the tiers as we get closer to the event. There are a limited number of tickets available at each tier, once they have sold out, that location will increase to the next tier.

The sooner you buy, the cheaper it is. Other than the price you pay, there is no difference to the ticket you receive.

Is it really all inclusive?
Yes! TOTFest® is an entirely ALL INCLUSIVE festival, meaning once through the gates all advertised shows, sessions, rides and activities are free and unlimited, this includes the Tots Fairground and Bounceland, the only additional costs are for food and drink, unless you wish to bring along a picnic.

Do you offer payment plans?
We are delighted to offer 3 month payment plans to spread the cost of your ticket into easy instalments, payment plans are subject to availability and do not benefit from Early Bird pricing.

Can I add more tickets to my order?
You can add tickets to an existing order as long as the site you are booking has availability and your tickets haven't already been printed & posted. Do Carers qualify for free entry?
Yes, please be advised a 'carer' is someone that looks after a person in receipt of DLA. Proof of carer status may be requested on entry to the festival.

​Do you do have disabled parking and do I need a parking pass?
Yes, there is blue badge parking at all sites. Please show this to the parking attendant on arrival. You can obtain a complimentary parking pass via the ticketing site.

Can I bring children older than 5?
Yes. The festival is aimed at children aged 5 and under, however older siblings are very welcome, all we ask is that they are mindful of little ones when joining in with activities.

My child is under 6 months do they get in free?
Yes, but please remember all guests whether free or chargeable need a valid ticket to gain entry. So please ensure you book one for each member of your party.
