When is TOTFest® 2023?
We are delighted to host TOTFest® in 4 iconic locations in 2023. TOTFest® - Yorkshire will take place on Sunday 21st May 2023, TOTFest® - Midlands on Sunday 11th June 2023, TOTFest® - Berkshire on Sunday 25th June 2023 and TOTFest® - Hertfordshire on Saturday 8th July 2023.

TOTFest® opens at 12pm and the festival finishes at 5pm

Is there car parking at TOTFest® 2023?

Yes! But please note that car parking is chargeable and must be booked in advance. Please see the 'Getting there' section for parking information and directions to both sites.

What can I expect from TOTFest?
A jam packed schedule of events from a wide variety of  both local and national pre-school talent! To see what's planned please refer to the individual event pages.

What age is it aimed at?
TOTFest® is a pre-school festival dedicated to babies and toddlers! We cater from 1-5 years.

​

What is there for the grown-ups?
Lots of family fun! But if that’s not enough there will be chill out areas, a live DJ and a fully stocked bar* (chargeable)

​

Do Carers qualify for free entry?
Yes, please be advised a 'carer' is someone that looks after a child in receipt of DLA. Proof of carer status may be requested on entry to the festival.

What happens if it rains?
TOTFest® is an outdoor event! In the eventuality that the weather is wet, the event will still take place, we advise all visitors to check the weather and come prepared with waterproofs and welly's. We also remind visitors to bring sun lotion, hats and water in the event of a warm day. Some activities are under cover.

Do I need to bring cash?
Yes, while the vast majority of activities are included in the ticket price it is a good idea to bring some cash to spend at our food stalls.

Can I bring children older than 5?
Yes. The days activities are aimed at children aged 5 and under, however there is no reason why you can't bring along older children. We are happy for them to take part, all we ask is that older children are respectful of little ones when joining in with activities.

My child is under 6 months do they get in free?

Yes, but please remember all guests whether free or chargeable need a valid ticket to gain entry. So please ensure you book one for each member of your party.

​

Can I bring a picnic?
At TOTFest® you are welcome to bring along a picnic. All sites will have a variety of food and drink vendors to choose from.

​

Can I bring my dog?
With the exception of assistance dogs, pets are not allowed, this includes cats, dogs and unicorns.

​

Can I leave my child at the event?
No! Your mini guests are your responsibility at all times.

​

Is there a baby changing area?
Yes, there will be baby changing facilities on site.
