Volunteers are an essential part of making TOTFest 2021 so special. If you want to work behind the scenes, gain valuable experience for your CV or just get into the festival vibe then get in touch! In return you will receive one free family ticket to attend the festival

How does it work?
Volunteering at TOTFest 2021 :
You volunteer for one 5 hour shift and in return will be given 1 free family ticket to the festival (2 adults / 2 children), which can only be used at the festival site you volunteered at.
The volunteer must be over 18 and have the right to work and volunteer in the UK.
You will need to be there on the day of volunteering 10 minutes before your shift starts.
Volunteering is split in to 2 shift options:
Build day : The day before the festival, working hours 12:00 - 17:00
Event day : The morning of the festival, working hours 07:00 - 12:00
You can apply for the shift of your choice and if successful will be asked to arrive 10 minutes before the above start time to be briefed by the shift managers.
On arrival you will be given details of your shift manager, and volunteers should take direction from them at all times.
How long is my shift?
All shifts are 5 hours, you will have a 20 minute break allocated by your shift manager
what will i be doing during my shift?
You will be helping to create the festival magic by preparing the site for show time! The work will be fairly physical and involve jobs such as setting up queue barriers, siting and setting up activities and helping with the festivals decoration, its so exciting to see it all coming together!
