Please read our ticket terms and conditions to enable you to make the most of your day with us.
These conditions are to be read together with all other statements or directives either shown on the ticket, displayed on the premises or conditions of sale/promotional literature.
Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing tickets for TOTFest 2026, you agree to comply with any reasonable requests required by local authority and/ or government to enable the festival to go ahead.

The possession of a ticket constitutes an acceptance by the holder of these conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them. In the event of any breach of these conditions the organisers reserve the right to cancel your ticket and retain any monies paid.

We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration and venue of the event or other details governed by any ticket in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (without limitation), force majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from any authorised person or other competent authority. In the event of such alteration, neither we nor the official ticketing agent will be liable to the ticket holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration.

As soon as possible after we become aware of postponement, rescheduling or cancellation of the Event, all available information will be posted on https://www.totfestfestival.com/ but it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether the event has been postponed, rescheduled or cancelled and any new dates, times, and venue

TOTFest accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage suffered by you as a result of any event outside our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury.

Children must always be accompanied and supervised by their adult carers.

Every child needs to bring at least one adult with them (no more than 4 adults per child).

By choosing to book online, it is your responsibility to check what type of tickets and offers are available and that you have chosen the correct tickets before completing your booking. No refunds will be given for incorrectly booked tickets.

Promotions, deals or discounted offers are provided at our discretion. All such offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn by us at any time. Retrospective refunds are not permitted against any offer or promotion advertised after a booking is made.
Age policy

All attendees, including babes in arms must have a ticket.

TOTFest is aimed at children 0-5 years, older children are welcome to attend with younger siblings, but please be thoughtful when allowing them to play amongst babies and smaller children.

Adult carers must be aged 16 or over.

By purchasing a baby or child ticket you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian of the child for whom you are purchasing.

We will be operating and enforcing a strict Challenge 25 policy at TOTFest. If you can’t provide valid identification when asked, you will be asked to leave the site and come back with your ID.
Assistance Tickets

Assistance/carer tickets are available to anyone in receipt DLA and Blue Badge holders. You can order these tickets along with the rest of your tickets via our website.

Misuse of offers or specially discounted tickets may result in your booking being cancelled.

If you require assistance or support whilst inside the festival, please get in touch ahead of the event via customerservices@totfestfestival.co.uk or at the Information point on the day.

Whilst every effort has been made to provide accessible facilities throughout the festival, the service is limited by safety factors and the nature of the site. Facilities provided include: accessible toilets, concessionary tickets and essential companions for adults. There is a car park adjacent to the festival site; please show your disability badge on arrival.
Entering the Festival

Right of admission reserved (R.O.A.R.).

Anti-social behaviour (including harassment, sexual harassment, and/or causing distress to other guests, artists or members of staff) will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.

Please come to the festival with your tickets ready.
b. Tickets must be valid, presented in full on the gate, and not tampered with (in the event of accidental damage, refer to customer services at https://totfestfestival.ticketline.co.uk/info/customer-services prior to event).
c. Each customer must have a valid ticket for the festival. Those without, will not be granted entry.
d. Tickets must be handed in on first entry on the gate. No re-admission on ticket. A wristband will be given should you need to leave and return.
e. The ticket holder is responsible for their ticket until it is handed in on the gate and then responsible for their wristband when exiting the event. Please refer to customer services at https://totfestfestival.ticketline.co.uk/info/customer-services regarding lost or stolen tickets.

Tickets or wristbands will be invalidated if any part of it is removed, detached, altered or defaced. Wristbands will not be reissued or replaced regardless of whether you still have the ticket.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person with or without a valid ticket.

Tickets are only valid when purchased directly from the link provided by TOTFest Festival Ltd. Tickets or goods purchased from unlawful street traders/touts will be invalid.

We have a no-lone adult policy at TOTFest, this means that all adults arriving with purchased tickets must be accompanied by children. Should adults in your party arrive without children, they will be required to contact the rest of their party who are in site with children and meet the late arrivals at the Entrance to verify their attendance. We have no exceptions to this rule, please understand this is for the safety and safeguarding of all on site.
Security and Prohibited Items

At the Entrance all bags are searched by our SIA registered team.

Any item(s), reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, will be confiscated.

Picnics are welcomed at TOTFest.

​You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles or any kind. There are no exceptions.

All metal knives, including picnic cutlery, is prohibited onsite and will be confiscated by Security, you are able to collect it upon your exit from our Security team.

Any person found to be behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous will be ejected from the festival without refund. The festival reserves the right to evict a customer without refund, and/or refuse admission.

Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be given to the Police and refused entry.

No smoking is permitted within any structure on the premises.

Prohibited items - The organiser reserves the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the premises any person who refuses to be searched by a security official.

The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is strictly forbidden on site without written permission from TOTFest Festival Ltd.

In the event of an emergency, event ticket holders and all visitors to the event must follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff and/or other officials.
Photography

Clearly identified official photographers will be on-site taking photos and footage of this event and these images may be used for publicity purposes. The photography and image consent policy is as follows:

TOTFest Festival Ltd takes the issue of data protection very seriously. We promise we will not use images of yourself or your children for anything that may be viewed as negative in tone or that may cause offence, embarrassment or distress.

Images will only be used for publicity purposes, and to this end may be included within electronic and printed information (including press coverage), displays and exhibitions relating to the activity shown in the picture, or to any similar events promoted by TOTFest Festival Ltd.

If you have any objections to yourself or your children being photographed or filmed as part of a larger group, please visit the Information stand at the beginning of the day to collect a hi-vis vest. These can be worn by children to indicate that they should not be photographed.
Car Parking

​Pre-paid car parking is available on-site for all ticket holders. A parking permit must be booked in advance.

Please allow plenty of time to park, adhere to all traffic management signs and follow our car park team.

All cars are parked at owners’ risk.
General Terms and Conditions

Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Please note, photos from previous years are used to support the advertising on the festival. To keep up to date with our performers and schedule please follow our social media.

No trading allowed within the venue without TOTFest Festival Ltd's prior consent.

Except for special assistance dogs, no animals are permitted onto the premises. Please inform the festival organiser if you intend to bring an assistance dog.

The event is an outdoor festival with limited shade or shelter. Please make sure that you come prepared for all weather conditions, e.g. sun cream and hats as well as wet weather provisions. The grounds can become muddy when wet.

Your safety is of utmost importance to us. On rare occasions, we may have to close areas and/or stages. The reason for any closure or restriction may include technical or operational reasons, inclement weather, capacity, or to ensure the safety and security of guests or if TOTFest organisers reasonably consider the circumstances so require.

Whilst picnics are allowed on site, there will be a variety of food and drink refreshments on site, most food vendors will accept card payments.

Lost Children - On entering the festival you can obtain a wristband from our Info Point, please take advantage of this by writing your contact details on it place it on your child’s wrist.

Please familiarise yourself with the lost child policy and the first aid station upon entering the festival site.

We are committed to creating an environment which ensures all attendees can enjoy themselves in a safe and secure environment; and prevents customers from being at risk from any form of harm or abuse.
